Burgundy White

Grape variety: Chardonnay

Vine age: 30 years old on average

Production per year: 2000 bottles

Exposure, soil: vine located on hillsides, clayey limestone soil

Winemaking: handmade harvest in small crates. The grapes are sorted out in the Domaine then pressed out and put in vats. The juice is decanted after 24 hours then put in barrels for the alcoholic fermentation.

Wine ageing: 14 months in oak barrels (2 to 3 wine barrel)
